For this occasion the Grand Final of Söngvakeppnin opened up with clips of the past winners of the Icelandic song contest. Six acts went through two semi finals and the top two acts were voted for by the public and they selected once again Greta Salome who back in 2012 represented Iceland in Baku together with Jonsi in the song "Never forget" which successfully qualified for the Final and ranked at Number 20 at the end of the night. Greta will once more represent Iceland with the song "Hear them calling" in Semi Final 1 in Stockholm. JP and Eric met the singer right after the winning performance and the end of the show and chatted with her. Listen to this Winner's Interview during this week's edition of the show.
