ImageLive Interview with Cheryl Baker of Bucks Fizz and Coco (United Kingdom 1981 and 1978): Radio International is extremely happy to have 25% of the winning act of the Eurovision Song Contest 1981 = Bucks Fizz (United Kingdom 1981)  and also member the UK's 1978 Eurovision Song Contest entry = Coco, on the show - Cheryl Baker. In 1978 Cheryl represented the United Kingdom at the Eurovision Song Contest as part of the group Coco with the song "The Bad old days" which came 11th. Then in 1981 Cheryl, Jay, Mike and Bobby were found and Bucks Fizz were especially formed for the Eurovision Song Contest 1981 and then won the Contest with the song "Making your mind up". The success did not stop with the UK's victory in Dublin in 1981 as Bucks Fizz went on with a number of strong hit releases and albums until 1986. Lately, members of Bucks Fizz got back together and are regularly touring and performing their string of great hits. A big thank you to Cheryl Baker for giving Radio International a great interview including newest member of the team Bobby McVay who represented the United Kingdom in the Eurovision Song Contest 1983 as part of Sweet Dreamsc with the song "I'm never giving up" coming 6th.
Image Bucks Fizz - The Eurovision Winners of 1981 for the United Kingdom. JP was and still is a great fan of Bucks Fizz and their music and hence he is extremely happy to be chatting to Cheryl Baker live during this week's edition of the show. What have the members of the group been up to since their initial split in the mid 80s and how will it continue with the current form of Bucks Fizz. Find out more during the interview live during this week's edition of Radio International.

ImageInterview with Marcin Mrozinski alias Martin Fitch (Poland 2010):  OGAE  UK organized their annual EUROBASH 2015 in Birmingham's Holiday Inn with the participation of national and international guests and Eurovision personalities such as Jarmo Siim (former Press Officer of the Eurovision Song Contest), Electro Velvet (UK's representative at the Eurovision Song Contest 2015) and Poland's Ambassador to the Eurovision Song Contest 2010 - Marcin Mrozinski who lately changed his name to Martin Fitch since he has moved to London for his music and acting career. JP and Chris chatted with Martin about his name change, career change and of course the Eurovsiion Song Contest. His entry "Legenda" in 2010 reached Number 13 in Semi 1 Number 13 and with this just failed to qualify Poland to the Grand Final of the Eurovision Song Contest 2010. Martin is a great personality and has a great voice. He also introduced a couple of new songs to the audience in his mini concert at EUROBASH 2015. Enjoy listening to this interview during this week's edition of Radio International. Due to lack of time this interview was postponed to a later broadcast of Radio International. Please note that this interview was replaced with a shorter one featuring Eduard Romanyuta who represented Moldova in 2015. See blow.
Image Interview with Eduard Romanyuta (Moldova 2010): OGAE Portugal in collaboration with the Municipality of Setubal in Portugal held their annual Eurovision Live Concert 2015 in the Luisa Todi Forum on Setubal on 12 September 2015 with a great line up of artists from the national and international Eurovision music scene who stood on the stage of the Eurovision Song Contest or took part in the national finals. JP went to Setubal and had the pleasure to meet and chat with some of the singers. This week Radio International airs the interview with young Eduard Romanyuta who represented Moldova at the Eurovision Song Contest 2015 with the song "I want your love" which unfortuantely only reached Number 11 in Semi Final 1 when only the Top 10 advanced to the Grand Final of the Eurovision Song Contest. In Setubal, Edward performed his powerful Eurovision entry "I want your love" but also some new upbeat material. Enjoy listening to this interview on this week's editon of Radio International.
