Radio International is extremely delighted to welcome to the airwaves one of the contestants in the Latvia National Final who is no stranger to the Eurovision Song Contest as she has been on that stage already as part of Pirates of Sea back in 2008 performing the song "Wolves of the Sea" which came 10th in Belgrade. Already in 2011 Liene Candy tried her luck in the National Final of Latvia to get the ticket to Duesseldorf with the song "Love is like an Aeroplane", however, the National Final then was won by Musiqq with the song "Angel is disguise". Hopefully, Liene Candy will be more lucky as she competes this coming weekend at the Latvian national Final to win the ticket to Malmoe with the song "Higher and higher". Radio International is delighted to have a live interview with the singer this week during the show.
